Yes — each service has a minimum and maximum order quantity defined. You'll see these limits when you select a service on the dashboard. If you enter a quantity outside this range, you'll receive an error before the order is placed.

Some services include a "Refill" guarantee — meaning if followers/views drop within the guarantee period, you can request a free refill. Check the service description before ordering. For services without a refill guarantee, drops after completion are not eligible for refunds.

If your order fails or is rejected by the provider, the full charge is automatically refunded to your DigiMrkt wallet. For orders partially completed, a proportional refund is issued. Completed orders are not eligible for refunds. Wallet credits are non-refundable as cash.

Yes. We never ask for your social media password. All services work via public links only (e.g. your Instagram profile URL).
