1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using DigiMrkt ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use DigiMrkt.
  • You must provide accurate registration details. Fake or misleading information may result in account suspension.
  • One account per person or business. Multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions are prohibited.

3. Our Services

DigiMrkt provides a platform to purchase social media marketing (SMM) services — including followers, views, likes, and engagement — for various platforms. All services are delivered through third-party SMM providers.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; actual delivery depends on provider capacity and the target platform's conditions.
  • We do not guarantee any specific business outcome from services purchased (e.g., sales, revenue, organic growth).
  • Social media platforms may remove delivered followers/views; such drops are outside our control. Check individual service descriptions for refill/guarantee policies.

4. Wallet & Payments

  • All transactions on DigiMrkt are conducted through a prepaid wallet system. You must add funds before placing orders.
  • Wallet deposits are accepted via UPI and crypto. Once a deposit is credited, it is non-refundable except as expressly stated below.
  • Deposits are credited only after successful payment verification. Do not share your payment credentials with anyone.
  • DigiMrkt is not responsible for failed UPI transfers caused by incorrect UTR submissions or errors on your bank's side.

5. Refund Policy

  • Automatic refunds: If an order is rejected by the provider or cannot be fulfilled, the full charge is automatically refunded to your DigiMrkt wallet.
  • Partial refunds: For orders partially completed before stopping, a refund proportional to the undelivered quantity is issued to your wallet.
  • No cash refunds: Refunds are issued as wallet credits only. We do not process refunds to your bank account, UPI, or crypto wallet.
  • No refunds for completed orders: Once an order shows "Completed" status, it is ineligible for a refund.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use DigiMrkt to:

  • Purchase services for illegal content, adult content, hate speech, or any material that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to place orders outside of our official API.
  • Resell our services under false pretences or misrepresent delivery times/guarantees to your own customers.
  • Abuse chargebacks or payment disputes to obtain free wallet credits.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we believe the account is being used in violation of these terms, for fraudulent activity, or in a manner harmful to the platform. Wallet balances on suspended accounts are reviewed case-by-case.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiMrkt is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including loss of business, loss of account standing on social media platforms, or unavailability of services due to provider or platform issues. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the wallet balance in your account at the time of the dispute.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
